Things have not improved in the following years, even as both King Charles III and the Princess of Wales battle cancer.

In November 2023, a source close to the matter told ET that Harry and William’s relationship “has not improved since the publication of [Harry’s memoir] Spare and there is no reconciliation expected anytime soon.”

“There is no real trust at the moment and that needs to be rebuilt,” the source said. “There’s a great deal of hurt on both sides.”
