Termin ustalono na niejawnym posiedzeniu organizacyjnym, które odbyło się we wtorek w Sądzie Rejonowym dla Warszawy-Pragi Południe. Jak poinformował obrońca oskarżonego europosła, mecenas Krzysztof Łopatowski, posiedzenie miało charakter “czysto techniczny” i służyło głównie ustaleniu terminów przyszłych rozpraw, które sięgają marca przyszłego roku.
